Norris 'Why': I chose to work in the Norris School District because I believe in the power of connection, growth, advocacy, and fresh starts. Every young person deserves the opportunity to be seen, heard, and supported—and Norris provides an environment where that can truly happen. I’m passionate about helping learners take charge of their learning and future, while also encouraging collaboration, self-confidence, and skill-building. Being part of a team that empowers youth to discover their strengths, advocate for themselves, and move forward with purpose is what motivates me every day.
