Our Summer Intersession is kicking off with some exploratory visits! First stop: Thomas' Greenhouse & Gardens in Mukwonago, where learners selected plants for our landscaping project starting next week.

Our Summer Session kicks off on June 2nd, and we can’t wait to keep the learning going for those joining us.
For our all-day learners, we’ll see you back on September 2nd to start another amazing school year!

Norris learners are taking their education to new heights—beyond the classroom walls! Today, some of our learners visited the Milwaukee Zoo to gather information for their animal projects and observe the animals up close in environments that reflect their natural habitats.

This week, our learners took time to recognize and celebrate the incredible staff of the Norris School District for Teacher Appreciation Week.
Learners wrote thank-you notes—honoring those who have motivated, challenged, or helped them—and prepared breakfast to show gratitude and empathy.
From handwritten messages to thoughtful acts of kindness, their gestures reminded us just how powerful gratitude can be in building meaningful connections.

Today, our learners wrapped up their Civil War unit with a trip to the Civil War Museum in Kenosha, WI! 🇺🇸 Throughout the unit, they explored everything from the food soldiers ate to the uniforms they wore and the regions they lived in—and so much more. These hands-on experience brought history to life in the best way!
Get ready to unleash your inner hero—tomorrow is Superhero Day! 🦸♀️🦸♂️ Join us in celebrating our April Spirit Day by dressing up as a superhero. Just a reminder: full face masks and toy weapons aren’t permitted at school, so please leave those at home.
