The Design Process serves as an engine for continued iteration for learner centered practices across the principles of the macrocosm of your choice. Multiple practices may be developed simultaneously as learner centered principles are highly interconnected.

Facilitative Design Coaching
Utilizing the Norris Macrocosm and design process, our experienced consultants will coach your leaders through iterations of innovation:
- Profile: Who are you and who do you want to become? Conduct a readiness assessment and build your Urgency Story.
- Plan and Pathways: What areas of priority do you have and what practices will you develop to get to your next best place? Define and document the WHY, HOW and WHAT as you co-design plans and pathways. Communicate and internalize as you participate in pathway experiences.
- Progress and Proof: How are we doing? Assess your strengths and areas of opportunities as you coach for a visible change in practice and build responsive enduring teaching and learning practices.
Getting Started: Develop an Urgency Story
Discover who you are and who you want to become. After a model overview, your leadership team will participate in a readiness assessment to build an organizational Profile and Urgency Story across the six principles of the macrocosm. Finally, create a personal action plan to develop practices supporting the principles identified in your Urgency Story. (½ day session)
Up Close and Personal
Add a half day experience to the Getting Started package to include a guided Academy tour and an opportunity to interact and ask questions more deeply with a panel of learners, specialists and coaches. (full day session)
