Learning Lab Visitation
Your visit begins with a model overview, a tour of the learning lab and and opportunity to dive in deeper to get you started with a Q & A with members of our learning network. (approx 2 hrs)

Who are you and who do you want to become? Confer with our specialists to create your own learner centered Professional Growth Profile, Plan and Pathway. Coaching services are available to help you reach your goal.
Learning Lab Experience
Immerse yourself in our Model Lab School. Shadow and interact with learners, specialists and coaches as you develop your personal practices. Create new habits of professional practice. Dive deep into a topic of interest, get the inside perspective and develop your skills to transfer and apply. (full or half day)
Trauma Invested Practices
Develop a trauma invested mindset and build your tool chest to support learners in building higher levels of agency and engagement.
Learning Walks
Our experienced practitioners will visit your site and conduct collaborative learning walks with your staff; observing, asking reflective questions and pushing your thinking about the culture of your practice. Learning walks can focus on a learner-centered culture, trauma invested practices or a design principle of your choice.
Team Building Ropes Course
A culture of trust, openness and risk taking are essential components of building a high functioning design team. This unique learner centered version of our ropes course (high or low) engages participants in discussion around learner-centeredness as they prepare to begin engaging in rapid cycles of innovation.
